See You Next Week

As I’m sure you are aware, Fine Food Australia is on next week. Running from Monday to Thursday, it will host all kinds of happenings related to the hospitality industry.

If you weren’t aware, I strongly suggest clearing some room in your schedule and heading down there next week.

Fine Food Australia is so much more than just a trade exhibition. It’s a four day celebration of new ideas, innovations and techniques, and the perfect opportunity to see first-hand what’s next for the food industry. In 2017 there’s even more to explore with Commercial Drinks, a new event dedicated to the on-premise liquor industry, running within Fine Food Australia.

What this means for you – This is a perfect opportunity to discover your next favourite thing. With over 1000 brands showcasing everything from specialty foods and drinks to packaging and commercial equipment you are guaranteed to see something you haven’t seen before.

If you are the more hands on type, there will be contests and masterclasses running throughout the event across a wide variety of hospitality disciplines.

I also strongly recommend checking out the timetable at the various stages. A wide variety of presenters will be discussing a range of topics related to the food industry. There are plenty of speakers talking about everything from balancing the books, managing staff and marketing, to business growth strategies. There are also speakers talking about the evolution of the industry, technology’s role in this evolution and how to use it for best results within your business.

For the drink slingers among us, the Speakeasy Stage will be the fountain of knowledge. With a stacked timetable of relevant and informative presentations from the movers and cocktail shakers within the industry, it will be a perfect opportunity to learn something new.

When school’s not in session, check out the showcase of craft and artisan beer, wine and spirits tailored for bars, clubs and licensed foodservice venues.

With such a variety of presenters and exhibits, you are guaranteed to find many ways to improve your business.

Personally, this blogger’s just there for The Official Great Aussie Pie and Sausage Roll Competition.

In its 33rd year, Fine Food Australia is the country’s leading trade exhibition for the foodservice and retail industries. The event regularly attracts 20,000 to 25,000 punters. Will you be one of them?
